Alphi Labs support the delivered product for 6 months. The support includes ongoing support with product bugs. Support for any change requests are discussed, agreed as part of SoW and taken care of.
Alphi Labs takes care of your complete technical development. We do not expect our customers to be familiar with technical skills. We take care of the things for customers.
